Dairy Processing Fundamentals: Practical industry training for dairy manufacturers

Dairy Processing Fundamentals is an intensive three-day professional development program specifically designed to build technical capability across Australia’s dairy manufacturing industry.

Developed as a collaboration between the Australian Dairy Products Federation (ADPF) and RMIT University, this unique program combines industry expertise with world-leading food science and technology capabilities.

Expert-led learning, technical demonstrations and hands-on practical sessions, will ensure participants develop knowledge and confidence to better understand dairy science, manufacturing processes and modern processing technologies.

For those new to dairy manufacturing or those looking to grow technical capability, this workshop provides practical, industry-relevant skills that support safer operations, improved product quality and stronger manufacturing performance.
