Healthy Bones Week 2022

The annual Healthy Bones Action Week took place from 21 to 27 August, encouraging Australians to implement the three simple actions to build and maintain strong and healthy bones:

  • Consumer calcium rich foods like milk, cheese and yoghurt
  • Perform weight-bearing exercise
  • Enjoy safe sunshine for Vitamin D

This year Dairy Australia engaged a group of Aussie seniors who are active and unstoppable thanks to their dairy-rich diet. This group of seniors acted as campaign ambassadors, alongside medical doctor and cook, Dr Preeya Alexander, prompting consumers to ‘Double Your Dairy’ via earned media outreach and organic social amplification.
