The Dairy Processing Fundamentals & Technologies Workshop is an intensive three-day professional development program specifically designed to build technical capability across Australia’s dairy manufacturing industry.
Participants will:
• understand how milk composition and functionality drive processing outcomes • explore how genetics, nutrition and seasonal variation affect milk quality and yield • follow the milk supply chain from farm to packaging • apply food safety frameworks GMP, GHP and HACCP • get hands-on with commercial pasteurisation and UHT processing equipment
