ADPF Submission: Dairy Code of Conduct June 2025

ADPF’s submission to the Dairy Code of Conduct second review focused on two priorities areas, these being:

1. a reduction in the duration of the cooling off period, and
2. management of unsigned contracts.

We believe the second review of the dairy code provides an opportunity for balanced solutions that work for dairy farmers and processors. Because collaboration and shared responsibility will safeguard jobs, innovation, and the future of the dairy industry in Australia.
